Unlike terminal hairs (like the hair on our legs) which is thicker, vellus hair will grow back to its original form. Your skin may feel a little sensitive straight after the session since it has been exfoliated, so you’ll want to ensure you use mineral sun protection for the days after your treatment. Other than that, dermaplaning results are instant with no downtime, so your skin will be smoother and brighter straight after one session.
