Arrival Time for Treatments
Please ensure that you arrive in plenty of time for your appointment as arriving late will not only lessen your time spent with us, but the effectiveness of your treatment also. In some cases your appointment may need to be rescheduled to another date and time. As a courtesy to all our clients, treatments are completed as scheduled.

We understand that sometimes it is necessary for you to change your appointment. Out of consideration for others, we kindly ask that you provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice if you wish to change or cancel your appointment. If insufficient notice is given, a 50% cancellation fee may be incurred and no shows may be charged at full price.

The terms and conditions outlined here apply to all users of the HydraSkin Beauty Therapy (http://www.hydraskin.co.nz) and to all purchases of product that are made from HydraSkin Beauty Therapy (when you see the words “we”, “us” or “our” on this website it is also intended to mean HydraSkin Beauty Therapy).

All terms and conditions are current, although subject to variation from time to time and we reserve the right to vary our terms and conditions for any reason and without notice to users in order to meet business demands and/or comply with any relevant laws. Viewing and using our website on one or more occasions deems that you have read, understood and accepted all of our terms and conditions. Governing Law
We are a New Zealand based Company and supply goods and services within New Zealand, therefore by your use of this website you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand Courts and our dealings with you are governed by New Zealand Law. If you do not agree to submit to the laws of New Zealand, then you should immediately cease your use of our site.

Liability
We will take reasonable care to ensure the information presented in our website is accurate and the opinions given (if any) are fair and reasonable. We cannot and will not be held responsible for errors or misstatements or be liable whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise for any loss or damage caused (whether direct, indirect, consequential, special, or loss of profits). If you feel any of the information contained on our website is misleading or inaccurate, please bring it to our attention immediately.
Pricing
We supply goods and services in New Zealand, so all goods on our website are advertised in New Zealand dollars (NZ$) and include New Zealand Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 15%. We reserve the right to change advertised prices at any time before your order has been processed and payment accepted.
Gift Vouchers
Gift Vouchers are available and are valid for one (1) year from date of purchase for the treatment specified. If no treatment is specified then they may be used for the following services or product offered by HydraSkin Beauty Therapy clinic where the gift voucher is being redeemed, to the dollar value specified.

Gift vouchers may not be used in conjunction with any other special promotions or offers. They cannot be refunded. No change or credit can be given.

Special Offers/Promotions
Special offers or promotions that appear in a publication or our email newsletter may only be redeemed until the date specified in that publication or email. Other conditions may also apply.
Online Shopping Delivery
Delivery is only available to addresses within New Zealand. Purchases may incur a delivery charge, which will be outlined at the shopping cart stage of purchase. All goods will be delivered by the carrier and method nominated by HydraSkin Beauty Therapy to the address specified on the order. Rural addresses may attract additional fees. Non–receipt of any goods must be notified within seven (7) days of the order date.

The delivery time of your product will depend on what region you are located in. Within Island: Overnight; Between North and South Island: 2-3 days. For areas that are Out of Service or Rural please allow a further 2-4 days. Orders will be processed within 2 working days depending on stock availability. If an item is temporarily unavailable, you will be advised and informed of estimated delivery date.
Online Shopping Returns and Replacement
Unopened products in their original packaging will be accepted for a refund if returned within 30 days of the date of purchase. Makeup products will not be accepted for return/refund. All unopened retail products will be assessed by the reasons for return and we will determine if a refund should be given.

Any goods damaged in transit can be returned in original packaging. HydraSkin Beauty Therapy must be notified of any such damage within three (3) days of receiving the order. At this time, the return process will be advised. Once the damaged item has been receipted a replacement item will be dispatched.

Prepay Treatments

If you purchase a Plan series for treatments you will save an amount according to the pricing schedule. Promotional discounts are not applicable to Plan treatments as they are already discounted.

There is no refund on Plans for change of mind and the credit is not transferable to other individuals. The only exception is if a Plan is purchased prior to a consultation and subsequently at consultation we find you unsuitable for treatment or if we are unable to fulfil or complete your treatment; you can either refund or transfer your credit to another treatment.

If post consultation your medical suitability changes deeming you unsuitable for treatment, we will extend your expiry date to one (1) year or apply the amount as a credit for you or one nominated other to use towards other treatments.

Plans have an expiry date of 12 months from the date of purchase.

24 hours’ notice is required for any Plan appointment cancellations. If less than 24 hours notice is given, a 50% cancellation fee may be incurred and no shows may be charged at full price.

Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time by notifying users through our website.
